Advertising opportunities
For BIF 2016 we planned the following advertising campaign aimed at professional visitors:
- direct e-mailing campaign (over 4,000 e-mails are in the list);
- over 10,000 invitations are to be distributed by post;
- advertising at Organizer's website (//expoforum.by);
- promotion in the web, including 3 informational-analytical portals, 9 news portals, 18 specialized websites;
- advertising in print media with a printrun over 300,000 copies;
- 160 advertisement issues on 6 TV-channels;
- 90 advertisement issues on 3 radio-stations;
- banner advertising all over Minsk.
You are welcome to take part in any of the following advertising opportunities:
Advertising at the venue
- Placement of Exhibitor’s logo on a banner on the facade of the pavilion, size 2,5x5 m
- Placement of Exhibitor’s flag at flagstaff in front of pavilion
- Placement of your advertising roll-ups, light boxes inside the hall
- Placement of flags, banners above exhibition stands
Advertising in official catalogue
- Publishing your company’s information with logo in the catalogue
- Publishing your company’s presentation in the catalogue
- Publishing an active banner on all pages of the electronic catalog (up to 1,5MB, gif / png / jpg / pdf)
- Priority listing inside the catalogue / highlighting your ads
