The Belarusian State Concern for Oil and Chemistry (Concern Belneftekhim) comprises largest enterprises that substantially influence the economic potential of the Republic of Belarus. The petrochemical complex is an important sector of the economy of the Republic.

The concern activities are multi-faceted. First of all it is a full cycle of works connected with oil exploration and extraction, transportation, processing and oil product sales.

One of the most important directions of the concern’s activities is production of mineral fertilizers, caprolactam, chemical fibers and yarns, fiberglass and products on its basis, paints, tires for cars, trucks, heavy-duty trucks, buses, trolley-buses, road-building and industrial machines, tractors and agricultural machines.
