Exhibiting options and fees
1. PARTICIPATION COST
Participation cost includes: cost of exhibition space rent; cost of exhibition stand rent and additional equipment, services cost, and cost of permanent exhibition pass.
All prices are appeared in Euros (EUR, €), VAT excluded (VAT = 20%).
1.2. EXHIBITION SPACE
Unequipped exhibition area:
1 sq. m. of unequipped exhibition area costs 45 EUR.
Minimal order of unequipped area is 4 sq. m.
Equipped exhibition area:
1 sq. m. of equipped exhibition area costs 70 EUR and includes: the cost of unequipped exhibition area, complex stand construction (with frieze panel, but without inscription), 1 table, 2 chairs, 1 plug socket 220V, floor carpet rent, 1 single spotlight 75W for every 4 sq. m., waste basket.
Minimal order of equipped area is 4 sq. m.
Exhibitors, that rent more than 18 sq. m. of exhibition area get 20% discount from the rent cost of base unequipped area.
Order of the exhibition area is to be accomplished by Application Form № 1.
1.3. ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES
Order of additional equipment and services (tables, chairs, showcases, doors, illumination, power supply, information and advertisement services and etc.) to be accomplished by Application Forms №2, №3.

Official builder of the exhibition is “Exposervice”, Ltd. Company.
In case of own construction or construction of stand from system equipment by third-party organizations the cost of 1 sq. m. of base unequipped exhibition space will be increased on 30%.

1.5. SEMINARS, PRESENTATIONS
In the terms of exhibition there can be organized thematic seminars, presentations, round tables. Please, send suggestions concerning to exhibition program format to Organizer’s contact. Please, let us know topic, date, and time of arrangement accomplishment.
1.6. TRANSPORT AND FORWARDING SERVICES
To order transport, customs and cargo forwarding services, please, apply to the exhibition official customer agent – EXHIBITION FORWARDER Unitary Enterprise.

1.7. TRAVEL SERVICES AND ACCOMMODATION
For travel services the participant should fill in Application Form № 6. For reservation rooms in hotels you may apply to the travel agency “VOKRUG SVETA” Ltd., www.vokrugsveta.by.

2. APPLICATION DEADLINE
For official participation registration in the exhibition it is necessary to send Application Forms via e-mail with authorized sign and stamp till November 15, 2018 to the ORGANIZER.
3. CHECK-IN OF PARTICIPANTS
Registration of participants will be in November 28, 2018 from 10:00 till 19:00 in Minsk in the exhibition pavilion.
4. WORKING HOURS
The exhibition will take place in November 29 – December 1, 2018 in Minsk.
