Exhibiting options and fees

• Indoor unequipped area, starting from 50 EUR excluding VAT per 1 sq.m.
• Indoor equipped area, starting from 75 EUR excluding VAT per 1 sq.m.
• Outdoor unequipped area, starting from 20 EUR excluding VAT per 1 sq.m.
• Accredited participation without a stand, fixed price – 170 EUR excluding VAT
  

Booking indoor unequipped area, you book a bare space with no wall partitions. You can build your own stand or order stand design at our accredited stand construction company. Check the options you may have here. Minimum stand size – 6 sq. m.

Indoor equipped area includes: cost of unequipped area rent + stand construction with aluminum profiles, wall panels, frieze panel without inscription, and + rent of floor carpet, 1 table 80x80, 2 half-easy chairs, 1 plug socket (220V), 1 lamp 75W on bus-bar for every each 4 sq. m., clothes rack, and waste basket). The height of the stand is 2,5 m. Minimum stand size – 6 sq. m.

Outdoor unequipped area is reserved for design installations or portable/mobile stands.

Accredited of 1 representative from company without stand includes: 1 exhibition CD-catalogue with company’s profile (text up to 300 symbols), logo, contacts, and 1 permanent pass.

Every exhibitor is asked to pay a registration fee, which is 190 EUR excluding VATand includes: organizational costs, placing information about Exhibitor into catalogue (printed or CD-version) and at Organizer’s the website, 2 invitations for a business cocktail party, 50 Visitor tickets, and 4 Exhibitor badges.
