FURNITURE FORUM - is the major annual event of furniture industry in Belarus, a comfortable area for promotion and effective communication.
It takes in May 2-5, 2012 in the Roofed Soccer Arena (20/2 Pobediteley av.), Minsk, Belarus.
The FORUM combines 5 exhibition projects:
- 18-th international exhibition “Minsk furniture salon”
- 9-th international exhibition “Furniture technologies”
- 6-th international salon “OfficeComfort”

Alexander Zabello, the Prime Minister of Trade of Republic of Belarus, appealed with welcoming speech for Exhibitors and Guests at the time of Furniture Forum’2011 opening.
He noted that today in Belarus the house-building develops very fast, and in one's turn it gives an impulse to evolution of many attendant branches also including in furniture industry.

At present time in Belarus are conducting the constructions of numerous modern business-centers, spacious hypermarkets, sports units, medical and educational institutions. Moreover, in nearest future Minsk will going to prepare for World Championship of hockey’2014.
There are in progress the investments formation into construction and accomplishment of hotels and others communities that will supply city-guests’ habitation. The scale of construction contemplate to building of 9 hotels with 2 000 spots and students’ community for 8,7 thousands spots. Furthermore, here it’s planning to reconstruct functioning sanatorium-and-spa institutions.
As predicted, the Capital of Belarus will receive about 35 000 guests, participators, and tourists.
Last Year the Belarus was had visited by 4 billions of foreign tourists, so it’s foresee reconstruction of more than 200 hotels, rest homes, and lodges.
All mentioned above is evidence about sizeable investments formation into creation and development of this objects, increase in demand for design services of different functional lodgments, including selection of materials, furniture, textile, and accessories for interior.
