GENERAL PARTICIPATION TERMS
PARTICIPATION COST (for the whole exhibition period):
Participation cost includes Registration Fee, cost of the exposition space rent, cost of exhibition stand rent, additional equipment and cost of advertisement service.
All prices are given in Euro and include VAT. The payment accomplish on the ground of the ORGANIZER’S Invoice.
1. REGISTRATION FEE
The EXHIBITOR pays registration fee - Euro 220 which includes: Information packet, organizational expenses, printed Catalogue information entry up to 300 signs logo included, the Exhibitor’s information on the ORGANIZER’S web-site, 1 Copy of the Catalogue, 2 Invitations for the business cocktail party, 4 Exhibitor’s badges and 50 visitor tickets.
2. EXHIBITION AREA COST
The EXHIBITOR can rent the unequipped or equipped exposition space.
2.1. Unequipped space - 60 Euro per 1 sq.m. (exposition space without stand elements)
If the EXHIBITOR rents the unequipped space, he additionally orders complementary exhibition and electrical equipment.
Order of additional equipment and services (tables, chairs, showcases, doors, illumination, power supply, inscription on frieze) is accomplished by the APPLICATION FORM ¹ 2.
2.2. Equipped space - 90 Euro per 1 sq.m.
The equipped space rent includes: cost of 1 sq. m of the un equipped space, cost of the assembling of complex stand construction from the system exhibition equipment (wall panels, connecting bearers, uprights), floor carpet, frieze panel without inscription, wall clothes rack, waste basket)
Minimum stand square – 4 sq.m.
2.3. The cost of the open exposition space outside the pavilion is 25 Euro per 1 sq.m.
2.4. Extra charges depending on the stand location and confguration
The base cost of the unequipped space may be increased depending on stand location:
“Central line”: 10% more for 1 sq. m. of unequipped exhibition area
“Angular” stand: 10% more for 1 sq. m. of unequipped exhibition area
“Peninsula” stand (3 sides opened): 20 % more for 1 sq. m. of unequipped exhibition area
“Isle” stand (4 sides opened): 30 % more for 1 sq. m. of unequipped exhibition area.
3. PARTICIPATION BY CORRESPONDENCE
Participation by correspondence costs Euro 200 and includes: information disposal with logo in the Catalogue and disposal of the promotional materials on the “Information desk” without presence of Exhibitor’s Representative, 1 copy of the Catalogue.
Order is accomplished by the Application Form ¹1.
4. OFFICIAL EXHIBITION CATALOGUE
ORGANIZER publishes exhibition catalogue on the ground of the EXHIBITOR’S information (print or electronic version). Participant’s entry in the catalogue is obligatory (cost of the catalogue entry is included in the registration fee).
5. ADVERTISMENT SERVICE, SEMINARS, PRESENTATIONS, PRESS CONFERENCES
In the framework of exhibition there can be organized seminars, press-conferences and other PR actions. The necessary services and equipment are ordered
by the APPLICATION FORM ¹3.

7. ACCOMODATION FOR PARTICIPANTS
In order to book a room in a hotel, a ticket for airplane or railway, to obtain visa support please apply to the tourist company “Vokrug Sveta” (“Around the World”)

8. PARTICIPANTS REGISTRATION
Participant’s registration and montage and decoration of stands will take place on September, 28, 2009 from 10 a.m. till 19. p.m. Address: 27 Y.Kupaly St., Minsk, exhibition pavilion.
Stands must be prepared for the work in September 28, at 20.00!
