COMMON PARTICIPATION TERMS Exhibition BELARUSIAN INDUSTRIAL FORUM, Minsk, Belarus
1. SERVICES AND RATES
The participation cost includes: registration fee; cost of exposition space rent, exhibition stand rent cost, additional equipment and service cost All prices are given in EURO and include VAT.
The payment is made on the ground of ORGANIZER’S invoice, laid down for the EXHIBITOR according to the Participation Contract, by orders for additional equipment and service, rates of which are indicated below.
1.1 REGISTRATION FEE
EXHIBITOR pays registration fee - Euro 220 which includes: information package, organizational expenses, catalogue information entry up to 300 signs logo included, placing the Exhibitor’s information on the Organizer’s web-site, 1 Copy of Exhibition Catalogue, invitation to the business cocktail banquet for 2 persons, 4 badges and 50 printed invitations.
4 Exhibitor badges and 30 visitor tickets.
1.2 EXHIBITION SPACE
Cost of 1 sq. m of equipped exposition space inside the pavilion includes: the value of unequipped exposition space and the cost of complex stand construction from the system exhibition equipment (wall panels, connecting bearers, floor carpet, frieze panel without inscription, table, 2 chairs, plug socket, 1 single spotlight for every 4 sq.m., wall clothes rack, waste basket). The cost depends on the stand size and location.
Minimal square of stand on the central line is 15 sq. m
Minimal stand square in other zones is 6 sq. m.

Order of the exhibition area is accomplished by Application Form 1.
1.3 ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT AND SERVICE
Order of additional equipment and services (tables, chairs, showcases, doors, illumination, power supply, inscription on frieze, information and advertisement service and etc.) is accomplished by Application Forms 2, 3.
1.4 PRESENTATION EXPOSITION “MARKET NOVELTIES”
EXPONRNTS obtain an opportunity to place their NEW developments (sample or model, size up to 95õ45õ120 sm. And weight up to 50 kilo) on the presentation square “Market novelties” , and also to make a presentation (up to 30 minutes) of their new developments on the ceremonial ground (presentation time is agreed with the ORGANIZER)
“Market novelties” participation cost is Euro 200
Order is accomplished by the Application Form ¹1
1.5 PARTICIPATION BY CORRESPONDENCE
Participation by correspondence costs Euro 200 and includes information disposal with logo in the catalogue, disposal of the advertising prospectus on the desk “Participation by correspondence”, and 1 Catalogue copy.
Order is accomplished by Application Form 1.
1.6 OFFICIAL EXHIBITION CATALOGUE
ORGANIZER publishes exhibition Catalogue on the ground of the Exhibitor’s information (print or electronic version). Participant’s entry in the catalogue is obligatory (cost of the catalogue entry is included in the registration fee).
1.7 PROMOTIONAL SERVICE
Exhibitors are proposed to share holding in exhibition promotion campaign.
1.8 SEMINARS, PRESENTATIONS
In the terms of exhibition there can be organized thematic seminars and presentations. Please send suggestions and applications to format exhibition program to Organizer address. Don’t forget to indicate topic, date and time of arrangement accomplishment.
1.9 TRANSPORT AND FORWARDING SERVICE.

2. PARTICIPATION ARRANGEMENT
For registration in the exhibition it is necessary to send Participation Contract with authorized sign and stamp and Application Forms, which are financial engagements till April 22, 2009 to the ORGANIZER address.
3. ORDER OF WORK
The Exhibition takes place from May 19th – 22nd 2009 in Manege, 20/2 Pobediteley Ave., Minsk.
