COMMON TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
1. PARTICIPATION COST:
Participation cost includes Registration Fee, cost of exhibition area rent, cost of exhibition stand rent, additional equipment and cost of advertisement-information service.
All prices include VAT. The payment is made on the ground of the ORGANIZER’S Invoice.
1.1. REGISTRATION FEE
Registration Fee includes: information packet, organization expenses, cost of official publication in catalogue with logo (polygraph, Internet version); 1 exemplar of catalogue, invitation to the business reception for 2 participants, 4 Exhibitor badges and 50 visitor tickets – 220 EUR.
1.2. EXHIBITION AREA COST
1 sq. m. of equipped exhibition area cost includes cost of unequipped exhibition area rent in pavilion and complex stand assemblage from system exhibition equipment (wall panels, poles, connectors, floor carpet rent, frieze panel without inscription, table, 2 chairs, plug socket 220V, 1 spot light for every 4 sq. m., clothes rack, and waste basket), depends on size and stand location.
Minimal stand square – 6 sq. m., on the central line – 15 sq. m.

Order of the exhibition area is accomplished by Application Form ¹1.
1.3. ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT AND SERVICE
Order of additional equipment and services (tables, chairs, showcases, doors, illumination, power supply, information and advertisement service and etc.) is accomplished by Application Form ¹ 2, 3.
Stand construction and sit of additional equipment accomplish “EXPOSERVICE”, OFFICIAL CONTRACTOR of exhibition.

1.4. PARTICIPATION BY CORRESPONDENCE
Participation by correspondence costs 200 EUR which includes disposal of information with logo in official catalogue and allocation of advertisements on the stand “Participation by correspondence”. Order is accomplished by Application Form ¹1.
1.5. EXHIBITION CATALOGUE
Organizer publishes exhibition catalogue on the ground of the Exhibitor’s information (print or computer version). Participant’s entry in the catalogue is obligatory (cost of the catalogue entry is included in the registration fee).
1.6. ADVERTISMENT SERVICE, SEMINARS, PRESENTATIONS, PRESS CONFERENCES
Organizer offers the services of seminars, press conferences organization, and other advertisement service.
1.7. TRANSPORT & FORWARDING SERVICES

2. PARTICIPANTS REGISTRATION
For registration in the exhibition it is necessary to send Application Forms N1, 2, 3 with authorized sign and stamp on the ground of which it is concluded Contract for participation. Application Forms have to be sending till June 19, 2009 to the ORGANIZER address.
Exhibitors’ registration will be conduct on ORGANIZATOR’S stand at 7 July 2009 from 10.00 till 19.00 o’clock to the address: 27 Y. Kupaly str., Minsk, National Exhibition Pavilion, Belarus.
