PARTICIPATION TERMS:
1. REGISTRATION FEE
EXHIBITOR pays registration fee - EUR 60 which includes: organizational costs, placing information about Exhibitor at Organizer’s web-site, 3 Exhibitor badges.
2. EXHIBITION AREA
ORGANIZER presents exhibition area according to participation contract. Cost of 1 sq.m. of non-appointed exhibition area is EUR 30. Cost of 1 sq. m of the appointed exhibition area is EUR 50 (non-appointed area + complex stand construction: aluminum profile, wall panels, frieze panel without inscription, waste basket). The height of the stand – 2,5 m.).
Minimal stand area – 4 sq.m.
Order of area is realized by Application Form N1.
ATTENTION!
Additional equipment: inscription on frieze, tables, chairs, floor surface, showcase, doors, curtains, power supply, single spotlights and other equipment is ordering according to Application Form N2 and N3.
For additional equipment, which will be ordered less than 2 days before the exhibition and/or in time of exhibition, price will raise on 50%.
EXHIBITOR could order individual construction’s stand. (Stand depth is 2-3 m.). In this case it is necessary to apply stand plan and co-ordinate with ORGANIZER.
3. PARTICIPANTS REGISTRATION
For registration it is necessary to conclude Contract till February 13, 2009 and to formalize application for additional equipment. All this documents have to be attested by stamp and authorized signature. Applications, received after February, 13 will be consider in case of presence of free space.
4. PARTICIPATION BY CORRESPONDENCE
Participation by correspondence costs EUR 100, which includes allocation of advertisements on stand “Participation by correspondence”.
The order is accomplished by Application Form N1.
5. PAYMENT PROCEDURE.
EXHIBITOR pays registration fee and cost of ordered area, services and equipment in full size payment.
All prices are given in Euro (EUR) and include VAT.
The payment is made on the ground of ORGANIZER’S Invoice, laid down for the EXHIBITOR according to the Participation Contract, by orders for additional equipment and service, rates of which are indicated below. Copies of documents sent by fax are juridically valid.
