Dynamics of the exposition space growth (since 2000 year)

The exposition was allocated on two floors of the exhibition pavilion “A” and in the pavilion “B”.
The proportion of exposition units according to the exhibition directions:
- Exhibition “Minsk furniture salon” – 44,9% - upholstered furniture, cabinet furniture, bedrooms, children and youth furniture, glass furniture, fitted cupboards, furniture design and production, interior decoration pieces and elements.
- Exhibition “Furniture technologies” – 34,6% - materials for furniture production, furniture accessories, upholstery materials, décor elements
- Salon “Officecomfort” -7,3% - furniture for offices and administrative bodies: cabinets, working places, negotiations cabinets, computer furniture.
- Salons “Kitchen” and “Housetech”- 13,2% - furniture for kitchen and dinning-room, kitchen sets and attendant goods: sinks, plates and dishes, serving items, accessories, kitchen textile, ovens, cooker hoods.
The survey of the FURNITIRE FORUM 2009 has shown the exhibitor’s major criteria for participation:
- demonstration of new designs, new equipment, new technologies, new products - 26,1%
- strengthening their market positions and connection with their patrons’ - 24,3%
- search for new clients - 49,6%
Exhibitors’ evaluation of the FURNITURE FORUM 2009 efficiency:
- 27,6 % have found it exclusively useful
- 36,8 % have found it one of the most useful exhibitions in Belarus
- 35,6 % have found it useful, but no more than others
Visitors’ distribution according to their field of activity:
- 41,5% furniture producers
- 39% trade segment
- 4,9% designers and architectures
- 14,6% researchers and students
Major motives to visit the FURNITURE FORUM 2009:
