COMMON PARTICIPATION TERMS
1. SERVICES AND RATES
The participation cost includes: registration fee, cost of renting exhibition space, cost of renting exhibition equipment, and cost of advertising services.
All prices are given in EURO (EUR) and include VAT. The payment realize on the grounds of Organizer’s invoice.
1.1. REGISTRATION FEE
EXHIBITOR pays registration fee - EUR 230 which includes: organizational costs, catalogue information entry up to 300 signs logo included (printed and internet version), 1 exemplar of Exhibition Catalogue, 1 invitation to the business reception and 1 invitation to the banquet, 4 Exhibitor’s badges and 30 visitor tickets.
1.2. EXHIBITION AREA
Cost of 1 sq. m of the equipped exhibition space in pavilion includes: the value of not appointed exhibition space and the value of complex stand construction from the system exhibition equipment (wall panels, connecting bearers, floor carpet, frieze panel without inscription, table, two chairs, plug socket 220V, spot-light for every 4 full sq. m., wall clothes rack, waste basket) and depends on the stand location (the central or other lines, linear or angular).

1.3. ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT AND SERVICE
Order of additional equipment and services (tables, chairs, showcases, doors, illumination, power supply, inscription on frieze, information and advertisement service and etc.) is accomplished by Application Form ¹ 2, 3.
Stand construction and sit of additional equipment accomplish “EXPOSERVICE” Ltd., OFFICIAL CONTRACTOR of exhibition.

2. PARTICIPATION BY CORRESPONDENCE
Participation by correspondence costs EUR 200 and includes information disposal with logo in the catalogue and disposal of the advertising prospectus on the “Information desk” without presence of Exhibitor’s Representative, 1 exemplar of catalogue.
Order is accomplished by Application Form ¹1.
3. OFFICIAL EXHIBITION CATALOGUE
Organizer publishes exhibition catalogue on the ground of the Exhibitor’s information (print or computer version). Participant’s entry in the catalogue is obligatory (cost of the catalogue entry is included in the registration fee).
4. PROMOTIONAL SERVICE
Exhibitors are proposed to share holding in exhibition publicity project.

5. SEMINARS, PRESENTATIONS
In the terms of exhibition there can be organized thematic seminars, presentations, “round tables”, etc. Please send suggestions and applications to forming exhibition program to Organizer address. Don’t forget to indicate topic, date and time of arrangement accomplishment.

8. PARTICIPANTS REGISTRATION
For registration in the exhibition it is necessary to send Application Forms till March 3, 2009 with authorized sign and stamp, which are financial engagements, to the ORGANIZER address.
9. ORDER OF WORK
The Exhibition takes place from April 7th – 10th, 2009 in Exhibition Pavilion, address: 14 Pobediteley Av., Minsk.
